Hi, I’m Haley.
I’m a part-time nurse and stay-at-home mama to three perfect kiddos. I reside in Toledo, Ohio with my husband, children, and two crazy dogs.
My husband and I met in high school and then attended the same University. We graduated, got engaged, bought a house, destroyed said house (and then put it back together the way we wanted it), and then finally pledged to spend the rest of our lives trying to make each other happy. In the two years following our wedding, we adopted our sweet pups, Stanley and Gordie, traveled around a bit, and soaked up those precious years we had together before starting our family.
We started off 2019 with the birth of our son Luca, and life hasn’t been the same since! Luca is 5 years old now and he is creative, silly, and way too smart. Motherhood turned my world upside down and has inspired me to document our family’s stories - the magical, the mundane, and everything in between!
When Luca was a baby, he was diagnosed with several severe food allergies. Over the years, I have become passionate about advocating for my son and educating others about food allergies. I write regularly about Luca’s journey in an intensive food allergy treatment program. You can follow along with Luca’s journey to “food freedom” here.
After having Luca, we added two more little ones to our family. Gia was born in 2021 and is equal parts sweet and spunky. She loves her brothers more than anything and definitely keeps us on our toes! Rocco was born in 2023 and has adjusted well to life on the go with his older siblings! He has completed our family perfectly.
Life is chaotic and messy with three little ones and I look forward to documenting all the beautiful, hard, and hilarious moments to come.
